Satisfied employees are a central matter of concern for us. We want to offer them attractive and safe positions and support their creativity and their capacity for innovation wherever this is possible. They shall be involved in decision-making processes and after due time be given the opportunity to acquire an interest in the company.

Honesty and transparency with our partners, suppliers and customers is the basis of our business relationships. We are aware of our responsibility towards environment and society, and we do our best for a conscientious and cautious use of our ressources. Permanent and ongoing training shall keep up to date our knowledge of new technologies and ensure our confident use of them.
